This policy explains how the Spotzzle mobile game ("the app") and the website spotzzle.com handle personal data.

2. Data we do not collect

Spotzzle has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, location or contacts, and we do not run our own servers that receive data from the app. Your game progress is stored locally on your device only.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may process device information such as the advertising ID, IP address, device type, operating system and interactions with ads. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), personalized ads are only shown with your consent; otherwise non-personalized ads may be shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for personalized ads, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in financing the free app) for non-personalized ads. 4. In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

If you buy the full game, the payment is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details; we only receive a confirmation that the purchase is valid so the content can be unlocked. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

5. Google Play

When you download the app, Google Play processes data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. This website

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit it, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in log files to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website uses no cookies, no tracking and no external fonts.

7. Children

Spotzzle is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
